“I still remember the day when my son lost his life in 26/11 blast. Government promised to pay some amount but the question is “Is rupee a substitute of life?”
“I am 14 but I can’t study, can’t play as my in laws don’t like it”
“They still beat me; torture me as my father couldn’t give them a car”
“I am 10, but I have to work day and night in a tea stall to get some money as my family depends on me”
These are answers of some questions which itself is a big question. They are bound with the walls of cries, agonies, pains and it can all be reflected through their words. SO HOW CAN YOU TELL INDIA IS INDEPENDENT? India is chained with corruption, child labour, dowry, child marriage. SO HOW CAN YOU TELL INDIA IS FREE? Freedom can only be real if it’s freedom from those who think different. SO, ASCO think different, do different, break the walls, break the chain and make us proud and confident to say “WE ARE INDEPENDENT”
